I have been quite a few years as employee representative and close to six as a member of our Euro Forum and more interestingly in the Restricted Committee.  In my experience this is a main source of information, not only from the head office to the countries but more interestingly between colleagues from different countries facing very similar situations.  It is very rewarding to see the reactions of people, apparently so different and always adds a new and enriching point of view.  And many times it happens to us, that the newcomers are the ones who give a new look over the issues or a new way of affording them. This is probably one of the main functions of this resource, many different points of view analyzing shared situations. We all benefit of  this way of working .
