Bune practici

Enumerarea bunelor practici este o oportunitate pentru cei care au de-a face cu comitetele europene de întreprindere. Avem convingerea că schimbul de experiență este un factor foarte important pentru autoformare și diseminarea cunoștințelor. În lista de mai jos sunt indicate câteva considerații și sunt propuse unele practici, care au fost colectate în timpul proiectului, ca rezultat al diferitelor experiențe personale ale membrilor CEI, de către reprezentanții lucrătorilor și funcționarii sindicali. Cele ilustrate sunt rodul muncii multor persoane, dar este vorba despre o contribuție elaborată în mod subiectiv. Prin urmare, cititorul va trebui să cântărească și să evalueze posibilitatea de a pune în aplicare anumite practici în situația sa specifică la nivel de întreprindere sau sindicat. Scopul este de a oferi puncte de reflexie și de a determina circulația unor idei care pot fi experimentate, oferind o analiză critică a conținutului util pentru activitatea CEI.

		Check List Good Practices

#PlayYourCards is the campaign of the Dedalus and Arianna project designed to enhance and encourage the sharing of good practices in the context of European Works Councils. The idea behind is to transpose the checklists in a format that can convey two different messages through the metaphor of playing cards. For this reason, in order to convey a comprehensive view of what is the EWC world, 52 cards of the deck are addressed to three different targets: EWC members, trade union officials, and employee representatives.  The combination of the various cards can lead to field a winning strategy.

In the future, this list will be implemented on a participation basis – it is indeed possible to send proposals and suggestions to be added to it.
